Warranty terms:

What temperature can I set on the MyBabyBottle warmer?
The heater allows you to set the temperature from 37℃ to 55℃.
Can I warm breast milk in a warmer?
Yes, the warmer is designed for water, formula milk and expressed breast milk. The device is made of high-quality materials that are safe for health. At a later age, the baby can also be used to heat water or a drink.
Can I use the warmer and charge at the same time?
The device can be connected to the charger while the heating option is on. This means that it can also be used as a stationary device and charge the battery while heating/keeping the temperature.
How to clean a heater?
The warmer can be disassembled into 3 parts: body with battery, glass container, lid. The upper elements can be put in the dishwasher or washed under running water. The lower element should be gently wiped with a damp cloth.
How long does it take to charge the heater to 100%?
With a 30W power supply, the charging time is about 5 hours. This time may be longer if the heater is on during charging. In case of longer charging, we suggest replacing the power supply.
Is there a warranty on the heater?
Yes, the MyBabyBottle warmer comes with a 2-year warranty. If you have any problems with the product, please contact customer service.
