Warranty

Our priority is to provide you with the highest quality products and full satisfaction from using them. That is why we offer a 2-year warranty on our MyBabyBottle portable warmer, which covers all manufacturing and material defects.

Scope of warranty:

  1. Warranty period: The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
  2. Scope of coverage: The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and material defects that may occur during normal use of the product in accordance with its intended purpose.
  3. Repair or replacement: If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the manufacturer's discretion.
  4. Shipping costs: The costs of shipping the defective product to the service center and returning the repaired or replaced product are covered by the manufacturer.

Warranty terms:

  1. Intended use: The warranty is only valid if the product has been used in accordance with its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with the product.
  2. Proof of purchase: The condition for using the warranty is to present proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or other document confirming purchase).
  3. Submitting a complaint: In the event of a defect, please submit a complaint to our customer service department, providing details of the defect and attaching proof of purchase.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • improper use, maintenance or storage,
    • force majeure (e.g. fire, flood),
    • independent repairs or modifications made by the user or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer,
    • normal wear and tear.

Complaints procedure:

  1. Please contact our customer service department by email or phone, providing a description of the problem and attaching proof of purchase.
  2. You will receive further instructions on how to ship your product to our service center.
  3. Once we receive your product, we will run a diagnostic test and let you know the results and any actions taken.
  4. The repaired or replaced product will be sent to the address you provided.
