Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request may not be accepted.

Damage and problems with the product you have received
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the matter and respond accordingly.

Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you accept the return, make a separate purchase of a new item.


14-day cancellation period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the return has been approved or not. If the return is approved, it will be automatically refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
